Instructions – Using the Admissions Dashboards

The following interactive dashboard can only be viewed by those who have specifically been granted access and is accessible on-campus using a wired connection or via

Access is limited; authorized UBC personnel may request access through the UBC PAIR Office.

The Admissions dashboards are delivered online, and updated on a daily basis.

In order to access the dashboards, the following conditions must be met:

  1. You must have permission to see Admissions reporting. In order to be eligible, you need to be a member of a committee charged with enrolment management at one of UBC’s campuses, or a member of the administration in Enrolment Services or the Offices of the Provost.
  2. You must be connected with a physical (wired) internet connection on one of UBC’s campuses, or be connected via VPN.
  3. You must have javascript enabled for this site in your browser.
